Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase with us. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issue with your order all sales are final with the exception of damage items.
Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed as long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if incorrect. We do not offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us hello@doughbeauty.com. Please submit a photo images of your package, put in subject line "Damage or Defective", and list the contents that are damaged/defective.
